Whether you’re looking for a creative space, or planning a corporate gathering, cosy dinner party, yoga retreat, or even an intimate wedding, the studio adapts beautifully to your vision.
With its open layout, warm wooden interiors, and bright natural light, The Artist's Studio invites you to slow down, breathe, and create. It’s a space made for movement and imagination - perfect for painting sessions, live music, dancing, meetings, or simply coming together over good food and conversation.
The studio comfortably accommodates up to 22 seated guests and offers a range of dining experiences, from elegant buffet selections to bespoke chef-prepared meals on demand.

SUP TOUR – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking Agreement
By booking a SUP tour with us, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding upon confirmation of the booking, whether done online, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required to secure your spot.
2. Participant Responsibility
All participants must be able to swim 200 meters, be in good health, and have a basic level of physical fitness.
Minimum age requirements apply (as specified per tour).
Maximum weight 120 kg.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide for their own safety and that of others.
Disregarding safety instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
3. Equipment Care
All equipment provided (SUP board, paddle, life vest, dry bag, etc.) must be treated with respect and returned in the same condition it was received. Damaged or lost items due to negligence may be subject to repair or replacement charges.
4. Route and Weather Conditions
The guide may alter the planned route at any time due to wind, waves, current, or other weather-related factors. In case of strong wind or unsafe conditions, the guide may change the tour location or cancel the activity for safety reasons.
5. Cancellation Policy
By Participant:
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund
24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
By Organizer:
In the event of unsafe conditions, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
6. Liability
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water-based activities that are beyond the guide’s control.
